TrustProfile.in
Settle genuine MSME trade disputes in writing — before police or court — and check who other traders have already faced.
We accept only 100% victims after advocate evaluation. No outcome is guaranteed. The accused always gets a private, documented hearing before any publication.

Mission
Justice for genuine MSMEs — without waiting years in court
Police seldom register FIRs. Court is slow and draining. Most victims drop the claim and lose their money — while other traders deal with the same cheat unaware. TrustProfile gives a fair written path to settlement, then makes unsettled cases public.
Victim-only
We accept only clients who are 100% victims after evaluation by experienced advocates. Co-accused cases are declined.
Fair hearing
The accused sees the evidence privately, replies in writing, and may upload documents and audio before any publication.
Private first, public last
Evidence stays private during settlement. Publication is the final step — after notices and a reviewing advocate’s approval.
How it works
From enquiry to settlement — or a published profile
Every accepted case aims to settle or fully publish within 60 days from payment. All work is written and logged. Pre-litigation settlement notices — we act for the victim; courts judge guilt.
-
1Day 0 · Informed entry
Read the process, submit enquiry, register & pay
Study how it works and accept the terms. Submit an OTP-verified enquiry with your declaration. Register and pay the evaluation fee of ₹15,000 + GST. Then upload your documents.
-
2Days 1–20 · Evaluation
Document check, analysis, 100% victim decision
Our team checks completeness, prepares a preliminary analysis, and an SME advocate decides whether you are a 100% victim. Declined cases receive a report and a 50% refund (₹7,500).
-
3Days 21–35 · Private phase
Accused gets a private portal and a chance to settle
The accused receives a case-only link with OTP on email and mobile, confirms identity, reviews the evidence, and may reply or propose settlement — all in writing.
-
4Days 36–45 · Written notices
7-day legal notice, then a final 24 hours
If still unsettled, a pre-litigation settlement notice gives 7 days to respond, followed by a final 24-hour notice. Delivery is tracked; deadlines can be extended with a recorded reason.
-
5By day 60 · Publication
Unsettled cases appear on the party profile
After a reviewing SME approves, a limited listing goes live, then the full case. Settling marks the case “Settled” and removes evidence from public view. Traders can search by name, company, GST, category and city.
